Where your data lives
Flow Learning's database is hosted in Sydney. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Each organisation is walled off
Every record belongs to one organisation, and the database itself checks that on every read and write. One organisation can never see, or link to, another organisation's people, policies or content. This is enforced in the data layer, not just in the app's screens.
What staff write stays with them
Some modules ask staff to reflect in their own words. Their answer gets a reply drawn from the module, and then it is gone. It is never scored, never shown to a manager, and never stored. The only thing recorded is that a reflection was answered. Your support contact is shown right beside the question.
What managers can see
Progress, completion, check results and acknowledgements. Not reflections, and not anything a person typed in their own words.
Certificates you can trust
Certificates of completion are generated from the record, never typed in by hand, and each one can be checked as genuine. We describe them honestly: they show completion of your organisation's training, not an accredited qualification.
