Flow Platformby Flow Outcomes

Every policy,read andunderstood.

Send us your policies. We turn each one into a short module your staff complete on their phone, and within weeks you can confirm every staff member has read and understood every policy.

From your policy documents to proof your staff understand them.

We do the setup with you. A person reads and checks every policy and every module, and nothing reaches staff until you have approved it.

  1. 1

    Send us your policies

Upload them as they are. Your originals stay in the platform as your policy library.

  2. 2

    Approve the module list

We propose a module for each policy, plus any standard modules that suit you, such as the Child Safe Standards for Victorian organisations.

  3. 3

    We build, a person checks

Each policy becomes a short module. The wording is kept exactly as you supplied it, and every module is read and cross-checked by a person.

  4. 4

    Review together, then go live

We meet to go through the finished modules and make your changes. Once you approve them, staff complete them on their phone and you see who has read and understood each one.

Ten ways to learn. None of them a slideshow.

Every module mixes formats to suit the topic, so staff stay with it from the first section to the last.

Video

Watch it happen.

Short training videos made by Flow Outcomes for your organisation, from script and pictures to voice, and checked by a person before staff see them.

A picture that talks you through it.

An image with a voice explaining what to notice. Built for people who learn by looking and listening.

Worked example

See it done, one step at a time.

Real tasks broken into steps, with a note on each step explaining why it matters.

Writing a case note
1Write what you saw and heard, not what you think.
2Use the client’s own words in quotes.
3Note who you told, and when.So the next worker can follow up.
Sort it

Drag each one where it belongs.

Sorting makes people decide, which is what the job asks of them. Feedback explains every placement.

Match it

Connect what goes together.

Match terms to meanings, or situations to the right contact. Quick, and surprisingly good for memory.

Quick calls on common myths.

Fast questions that clear up what people think they know, with a short explanation every time.

How sure are you?

Confidence, before and after.

Your contacts, inside the training.

Modules leave space for your organisation’s own escalation path and support contacts, so staff learn your way.

Look after yourself

Hard topics come with care.

Where a module covers something difficult, it starts with a note on what is ahead and who to talk to.

This section talks about harm to children.
Take a break any time. Lena, our wellbeing lead, is on 1800 000 000.

One module, from a phone on the bus to the record on file.

Follow Kira through a module. What she does on her phone shows up for her manager as it happens, apart from the things that are hers alone.

Read-aloud on every section

Read it, or have it read aloud.

Nothing plays or scrolls on its own. Staff move on when they are ready, so it works for people who learn by listening and people with English as a second language.

Critical points, every attempt

The important parts are checked every time.

Each module marks its critical points, and every one is asked on every attempt. A pass means all of those are right and most of the rest, so it reflects what keeps clients and staff safe.

Private reflection

A moment to think it through, in their own words.

Some modules ask staff to apply what they read to their own work. They get a thoughtful reply drawn from the module. It is never scored, never shown to a manager, and never kept.

Unlimited, targeted retakes

Missed one? Revisit that part and try again.

Retakes never count against anyone. Kira goes back to the section she missed, not the whole module. Her manager just sees “in progress”.

Certificates from records

Done, with a certificate made from the record.

The certificate of completion is generated from what actually happened, with the date and the version completed, and anyone can check it is genuine. Her manager’s view updates the moment she finishes.

Everything staff need, in the pocket they already carry.

Training is one part. Flow Platform is also where staff find your procedures, read your policies and keep their own records.

For the people answerable when the auditor calls.

Assign by role, watch progress, keep policies current, and map it all to the standards you are measured against.

What staff write stays with them.

Reflections help people connect training to their own work. We built them so people can answer honestly, because no one is watching.

Never scored

Reflections do not affect a pass. There is no right answer to find.

Never shown to managers

Reports show that someone answered, not what they said.

Nothing kept

The words are not stored. A support contact is shown right beside the question.
